Content Management Software Modules & Extensions

In addition to the built-in search engine, form creation module, printable pages, and other standard features, the following pre-built modules are available as extensions to BrowserCMS. All modules are built using the BrowserCMS portlet API, and additional custom modules can be created as needed:

	Event Management Module Create and publish events to display in list or calendar format. Integration with Ecommerce available.
	Document Management Module Create a searchable repository of documents categorized in a flexible hierarchy and limit access based on individual user permissions.
	Directory Builder Module Build dynamic, searchable directories on the fly. Create staff lists, member directories or any other database. Integrate with CMS Forms Module (standard) for a complete CRM solution.
	Job Bank Module Create and categorize job postings in a browseable and searchable format.
	Advanced Search Module Filter and sort search results by Date, Site Section, Content Type (HTML, PDF, Word Doc, etc.), or Content Tagging Taxonomy, building on the standard BrowserCMS search engine.
	RSS Newsfeed Module Publish a news feed using RSS, or import RSS feeds from third-parties. Integrates with standard Press Release Module or other optional modules.
	F.A.Q. Module Create a dynamic knowledge base of Frequently Asked Questions.
	HTML Newsletter Module Create, deliver and track HTML and Text-only newsletters using the same integrated content repository as the website.
	Slideshow Module Create a visually pleasing gallery of imagery or photography for display in a dynamic, Flash-based viewer.
	Polling Module Create polls on the fly to display throughout the site. Graphical results are available for site visitors to view upon submission. A browseable administrative database collects all data with export to MS Excel.
	Banner Ad Management Module Create and manage banner and textual advertisements. Allows creation of campaigns and accounts to track click-throughs and impressions. Easy export of campaign results for invoicing and analysis. Campaigns can be configured to display in random, sequential, or weighted orders.
	Podcasting Module Upload and publish podcasts that site visitors can easily search, preview, and subscribe to.
	E-Postcard Module Create and publish E-postcards that site visitors can send to friends and colleagues.
	Discussion Forum Module Create a dynamic, threaded discussion forum with email notifications, flexible topic categories and user rankings to bolster interaction and communication.
	Shopping Cart Module Create a flexible framework to sell products, including "soft goods" such as registrations or downloads.
